When I created the save game I started with everything unlocked/researched. I reported an issue with the bigger solar panels not being buildable. I think it might have something to do with the terrain. There are certain spots that you just can't place them even with nothing else around them. But I found another bug. I can't place down the storage locker inside the workshop. It is shown in the pda but when I click it it just closes the pda and nothing is being shown like it normally does when you select something to build. Not having storage is very frustrating.
