Hi, so I have traveled out to a distance of 4k from my base, explored every outpost for blueprints and I cannot find the Photovoltic or the greenhouse and as a result both of those fields are locked. I'm finding BP's for stuff way more advanced then I currently have unlocked, so it seems like it's a distance from center type problem and I have gone back and checked several times and I'm not missing it. Can you please help?
