| At final game stage, building the rocket. Is the 'Fill Waste' at composter the only way to get Organic Waste to make nanotubes? At 800ish nanotubes required, that's three hours of doing nothing but clicking the Fill Waste button and collecting the one Organic Waste at a time? There has to be another way via printer or some way to automate or mass produce it. I'd love to build the rocket and see what happens, but not at the cost of three hours staring at a button. | 20.01 | 2026-02-24 20:59:42 | |||
| I have a problem with 2 supply drops they are stuck in mid air about 200 meters up to the quest tracker the rest of the drop supplys seem to be normal as they are on the ground. I thorght is should report it in case anyone has had this happen to them, Keep the great work i am enjoying the game a lot. | 101.17 | 2026-02-24 19:11:07 | |||

| We need a solution for Steel Platforms on steep slopes. Right next to the site where I started in Campaign (I presume it's always the same site?) there are two little mountains, that both have one thing in common: They really want to have Steel Platforms built on their summits with some fancy devices atop (such as an antenna, or a meteor defense), but they have plenty of places along their slopes where a Steel Platform cannot be built, because the slope is too steep. So it's a mess trying to find a path where one can successfully build an access ramp to the summit, let alone maybe build a platform a bit lower on the southern slope to install Solar Panels to power the installation. Either of the following would probably solve the issue: (A) Allow individual Steel Platform tiles to be built partially into the ground, if at least one corner of the tile is above ground. (B) Allow individual Steel Platform tiles to be built with longer "legs" than usual, if at least one "leg" of the tile is short enough. Alternatively, the problem could be solved for some cases (but maybe still not all) by the following: (C) Allow "floating" Steel Platform tiles (i.e. ones without any legs at all) to be built between properly supported Steel Platform tiles. | 60.01 | 2026-02-24 17:54:24 | |||
| I go with the rover to a rock, get out and use the hand scanner and jackhammer to get points to upgrade skills. after all the rocks have been broken down i use the rover arm to grab them and put them in the tipper. After picking up a few rocks with the rover arm there is a bug where i can no longer pick up any rocks because the hook does not fully close. This happens all the time i start to pick up rocks with the rover arm. I try to save game and load afterward and even restarting game but what happens when it loads is that ALL rocks have disapeared. | 0 | 2026-02-24 17:49:56 | |||
| We need a Steel Platform variant of the ECU that DOES have inputs! Use cases: - Near my base is a nice little mountain, making for an ideal site (if only for aesthetic reasons) to set up an antenna, or a missile defense system. But for work safety, I want to mount it on a steel platform with railings, so that I don't accidently drop to a near-death experience. Caveat: But there's not enough room on the little mountain to also install a power source (or I may not want to put one there for aesthetic reasons), and I instead want to draw power from a a separate site via cable. - I want to set up an oxygen & methane production site atop a water source, and set it up on a Steel Platform for ease of water / oxygen / methane distribution; but for one reason or another I want to generate the power for the Sabatier Reactors elsewhere. For example, I might want to have a central power supply situated elsewhere; moreover, the oxygen & methane production should have lower priority than other electricity consumers supplied from the same power source. - I want to set up a couple of power generation sites scattered across a large-ish area; for ease of power distribution within each site, I want each site to be built on a Steel Platform; the sites should all link to a single battery, but for aesthetic reasons I want to mount that battery on a Steel Platform as well, or maybe integrate it into one of the power generation sites. But for some reason (aesthetics, material costs, or to avoid interference with vehicle routes or base buildungs) the sites can't all be linked up into one single Steel Platform grid, and therefore need to be connected with wires. | 29.97 | 2026-02-24 17:41:26 | |||

| so I'm on Soul 101 and I decided to finally repair a circuit board because I didn't want to make any but the tools will not work. even though when you highlight the broken part it tells you what tool to use. I grab the tool IE either soldering or hot air, iron, and while nothing happens, also just a nice little side note the QR code that's on the back of these boards unfortunately. Go to Pyramid Labs that represents a biotech company that makes pharmaceuticals you guys might want to change the information about that unless you guys are secretly, you know, EU Drug Company pretending to be a gaming company, or vice versa I just thought that was kind of funny not sure if many have scanned it but I sure do or did | 71.93 | 2026-02-24 16:30:45 | |||
| The interaction between the HQ and the various workbenches gets me all riled up. Let me elaborate: In my book, the Workshop should be superseded by dedicated buildings for the various functions that fit in the Workshop building: - Food Production, Processing and Storage: We have the Greenhouse and Mess Hall for that. - Sleeping: We have bunk Capsules for that. - Water Supply: The Bathroom Capsule can serve for that, and the Greenhouse also has a dedicated place for a sink. - Miscellaneous Storage: The Lobby has a spot that can only be used for a Refrigerator or Storage Cabinet, and the shelve racks are not much use for anything either except for placing additional Storage Boxes. - Battery Rack and Scrubber: I love to put them in the Lobby, too. Battery so that I can pick up a fresh battery before leaving the base, and the Scrubber to refill CO2 containers after cleaing solar panels. So, what's the HQ good for?- 3D printer: Yeah, we can plonk one in there; seems reasonable enough.- The wardrobe? That one feels more home into the Lobby, but clashes with the Battery Rack & Scrubber that I prefer to have there. So HQ is an alternative, and it doesn't eat much space; so it's fine there.- This leaves us with the Workbenches, of which there are 6 in total: The workbench proper; the tech workbenches for Botany, Electricity, Materials and Mechanics; and the new Chemistry workbench.BUT: the HQ has only space for 4 workbenches. The lower floor doesn't accept workbenches at all (and I wouldn't want them there anyway; that space should be reserved for stuff that's accessed more frequently), and on the upper floor we can't place 2 workbenches directly side by side, so of the 8 slots only 4 are usable for workbenches. Now it would be acceptable to have only the "classic" 4 tech workbenches on the upper floor, and the Chemistry workbench on the lower floor, since it might see more use, if only to produce table salt every now and then. But as we've seen, the lower floor won't accept the Chemistry workbench. Nor any of the others, for that matter. (While I'm at it: Another gripe I have with the workbenches and the HQ is that two of the workbenches have such a high back panel that they are visually too high for the HQ's upper level, and - at least if you don't pay too much attention into which slots you put them exactly - will poke not only into the ceiling, but even through and outside.) So we can't put the workbenches all into the HQ. But where else would we put them, especially if we want them all in one place? The only building that can house all of them (and at the same time doesn't seem to be entirely inappropriate) is the Workshop. But the workshop can house more than the 6 workbenches. Specifically, it can also house the other items I'd consider for the HQ. So what on Mars would I need the HQ for, if I need a Workshop anyway? Okay, so enough for ranting; what do I want? Ideally, I'd want the layout of the Workbenches to be changed, so that the top floor of the workshop can house all 6 of them (without them poking out of the roof, thank you very much); that doesn't necessarily mean that any one of them would have to fit next to any other of them; I'd be ok with 2 of them (e.g. the Workbench proper as well as the new Chemistry workbench) each fitting directly next to any of the other workbenches on either side; that'll solve the issue.Alternatively, I'd want to see any of the Workbenches to also fit on the lower HQ floor - or at least 2 of them (preferably the Workbench proper as well as the Chemistry workbench). | 59.93 | 2026-02-24 16:11:06 | |||
| Why do we need a bloomin' Big Rock Crusher to print Universal Wall Panels? At least those for corridors don't seem to be that much larger than some other items, like, say, inventory boxes. | 29.99 | 2026-02-24 15:28:17 | |||
| I have to say one thing. I've noticed, once I have built my meteorite defence missile array there's no more meteorites not a single one in the sky. but what I do get is lightning as you call thunderstorms, which aren't really thunderstorms it's just a light show of lightning strikes but no, meteor showers | 71.93 | 2026-02-24 15:22:28 | |||

| Built a pair of workshops raised a few units off the ground. Upon loading back in, one of my workshops seems to have duplicated itself, except the duplication is on ground level and blocking access to the original workshop because the airlock irises don't line up. I was able to destroy the duplicate workshop via the grinder and regain access to my original workshop - it returned the required build materials to me, despite being a duplicate. | 59.97 | 2026-02-24 12:21:59 | |||
| I used an explosive to blow up a rock. It worked, the stone was blown to ore pieces. I try to mine the ore by using the jack hammer tier 2, but it doesnt show the durability of the ore piece and I cant destroy it no matter how long I use jack hammer on it. But Im sure Im correctly aming at the ore piece, because I can hear the jack hammer and I get chlorine from the ore. | 60.06 | 2026-02-24 10:45:32 | |||
| I have a mission that is still stuck. I cleared the debris around the Marstruck and had a battery on hand (that I'd pinched from the base, before the disaster). Because I didn't drive the quad on first, and just took the mars truck, now the mission is stuck as not completed. Please add a "dismiss this objective" option or something. | 87.33 | 2026-02-24 09:44:31 | |||
| There exist an inconsistant behavior with the machine drawers. The fertilizer drawer can remain open and the machine will still produce a bag of compost, making it spawn in the open drawer. The seed machine however will require you to close the empty drawer before it will spawn a new can of seeds inside. I believe the intent is for the fertalizer drawer, and any other drawer, to be closed before anything new can spawn within them. | 58.42 | 2026-02-24 01:02:38 | |||

| The last decoration I am left with according to the 3D printer is "Room Decorations." I have found a stack of ten of them from a supply drop and dropped them to scan but they will not register as a scanable item. I used the drill to place a "Black Box" decoration from that stack inside one of my buildings and it also would not scan. I dropped a single (not the whole stack) decoration and yet still could not san it. I believe there to be a bug somewhere in this process. | 60.07 | 2026-02-23 23:39:09 |
