Turning on water for hydropnoics bugs out any water flowing into base, water available shows "NaN",makes sinks say "no water available", can reload a save to fix it, but it wipes out any water in storage | 20.81 | 2024-09-14 01:17:15
Unable to throw seed pods into trash can, in Workshop. Maybe there's another way to recycle them? Haven't got the crusher yet. There is still 1% left in the pod. They hit the object box, but just roll off. | 29.96 | 2024-09-14 01:13:48

Remember, this game is called "Occupy Mars", not "Survive Mars" or "Escape Mars", so even by the name, mere survival and escape should not be the story, or at least not the only story told here. | 29.98 | 2024-09-13 22:24:02
When plaing it happenns that sometimes water does not flow from the sink, even if everything is connected correctly. | 28.80 | 2024-09-13 22:21:02
Personally, I'd like to see the store take this direction. Either the player builds enough to contact Earth, and Earth says "We're trying to get to you, but in the mean-time, we need you to build a base with the following to support the people coming in the rescue ship." or have the player not able to communicate with Earth, but happen upon an AI Computer which refuses to allow the player to call for help until things are proven safe for human habitation, as part of which, the player must build a base with certain conditions to support humans once they are allowed to return. The player could then build the base with as little as needed to fulfill the conditions, or as elaborate as possible, and then be allowed to be rescued. Upon rescue, the player can either choose to return to Earth as a hero, or to remain on Mars and be the new caretaker of the base, or perhaps be free to live on Mars as they choose as a reward for their heroics for the rest of their days. Perhaps in their freedom, they might make a small base settlement and recruit a small handful of people to live with them under their care. In either case, a possibility of an open-ending like this is really important in an open-world game these days, because often the player becomes really attached to the world they establish, and don't want the experience to end just because they completed the story. Thanks for your time, and I hope this feedback helps you consider what the story in the game could be. | 29.99 | 2024-09-13 22:20:44
As I mentioned in an earlier feedback, I'm glad that the game has a story ending in sight, with the task of building the launch pad and eventually a rocket to return to Earth, but I feel that if that becomes the only ending, that you're missing the boat with a lot of players like myself. I imagine some players may see their character as coming to Mars reluctantly, and after such a horrible ordeal, may be glad to have survived and to be able to pack up and head home, but I don't think that's as many players as you think. Games often sell better with multiple paths, story progressions, and endings anyways. For me, I see my character as having come to Mars to live on Mars and make a life here. The Alpha Base incident was just a setback. I would like a story progression path that focusses on me rebuilding what once was, and single handedly making Mars ready for a colony again, and to become a hero in the process. I think with base building such a big part of the game, at least one story path and ending must focus on the base building aspect. Plus, some players need to have an incentive to build more things and experience more aspects of the game. (To Be Continued) | 29.92 | 2024-09-13 22:12:21
I have plenty of water coming into the base. Fortunately my plants are getting the water, but the sink won't give me any water even though I have more than what I need coming through to the base. I can't find any reason why the sink is not working. | 14.99 | 2024-09-13 21:53:12
