Definitely need a way to make CO2 bottles. I currently have none at all, and the tech tree has nothing in it for them either. The only way I can clean solar panels is to deconstruct and then reconstruct them. Doable, but tedious. Plus, the object placement issue crops up all the time when doing this. (Can't rebuild in the same spot that you had a previous build in.)
