1. The game did not start through the EGS client. The start window of the game appeared, but when choosing the appearance of the player, the game does not respond to the keyboard at all. Three attempts and no luck. I solved the problem by launching the game from the directory with the game in the default language (English). After several attempts to launch the game through a shortcut on the desktop, the game offered to synchronize the settings with the EGS client. Hooray. I was able to go play in my usual language.
