After drinking from a bathroom capsule with no water, the water bottle becomes bugged and can no longer be refilled. It will instead fill the bottle for "-2147483648%". Hydration in the character window is listed as "NaN," and is permanent; reloading won't fix. The initial act of drinking from the empty faucet also caused the connected well (O2 and H2O tanks) to also display "NaN" for stored volume.
