1: meteors destroyed my base's power systems and there is no way to make circuit boards to replace the scrap that has become of it. 2: the transformer extensions are not scrappable and are just left there. 3: the amount of experience to get into mechanics enough to need meteor defense is insane, the only other time faced with meteors was away from base.
