While sleeping in a chair in a survival pod, a dust devil alert started. I was sleeping when the storm actually hit and the game continued to show the cut scene outside the survival pod, continually rotating around, back and forth. I was unable to skip the cut scene and had to exit the game using alt-f4. I was able to duplicate the bug multiple times due to save games just before the storm hit.
