Minor issue. Went exploring and found the blueprint for advanced connectors. Read the tablet (of course, how would I know which one it was). RTB and the technology tree stated that it still needed to be unlocked. Saved the game, still the same. Exited to main menu, then reloaded the last save and now it's available to unlock. Just an itty, bitty bug is all.
