While trying to find out if seed cannisters could be combined intsead of just stacked I was in the Seed Machine inventory window, stacked 3 Seed Cannisters together, then right clicked on them and decided 'Transfer All' was something to check. A CO2 cannister then appeared in the seed window and the number of cannisters doubled at every button click no matter which button was pushed. I had to alt tab out of the game and close from there.
