So far, enjoying the game overall. Tools and progression are believable and work for the environment. The textures and scenery inside and out are pretty breathtaking. It tackles the technical aspects of being on Mars in a believable way. Some opportunities for improvement I'm seeing-
1. How to use tools, navigate tasks, and interact with the world around is pretty hard to nail down. Tutorials are helpful, but not convenient if you just want the keys are a tip. May a toolbar tip or helper interaction when your cursor is pointed at something. 2. Some bugginess with regard to the environment in terms of clipping, invisible obstacles for the rovers, and flat surfaces not always fully rendered. Nothing game breaking and also expected in an EA product. 3.The walk speed is to slow. I find myself holding shift all the time. 4. It would be good to have some notes beside the custom difficulty options so you can better understand what you are changing. As well as more control over what you can change. For example, I'd like a fully stocked capsule but not the heavy rover already. Similar descriptor beside each landing zone so you know roughly what the environment is you are landing in.
5. Suggest a Random feature for the landing zones, just so you aren't forced to pick between unknown or similar areas. I'm in an emergency drop pod with zero actual control, just pick a spot for me. 6. The ability to make PCBs.
