I have collected all the tablets available, and received the message to say as such. However, even though I have battery printing, medium antenna, big antenna and more efficient panels II as being collected in the knowledge section, they have not triggered on the Electrical research page, and even though I have 8 available learning points, I am unable to research these at the Electrical station. It also appears that Im unable to learn jetpack even though I have that recipe.
