As the rover seems intended for medium term habitation may I suggest you add a passive oxygen generation of 5 l/h like the survival pods have as long as it has power. Currenly two oxygen pumps don't provide enough oxygen increase to off set simply being in the cab with the helmet off. On a related note maybe put a water bottle/oxygen bottle refill in there and a toilet?
