progress blocked in the "ELECTRICITY" category technological tree, I have 18 electricity points to use but I cannot do it, the "MEDIUM SOLAR PANEL" level does not unlock because the "EFFICIENT PHOTOVOLTAIC" project is required but I already unlocked it much earlier with " EFFICIENT SOLAR PANEL I" I don't know what to do, has anyone had the same problem as me? could someone help me?
