Started Tourist game with all blueprints unlocked. It was for my nephew. Now that i have build many things i cantbuild a second rover. In the garage blueprints there are 4 items and rover not present. Then i built workbenches thinking maybe it was mandatory. Nothing appeared in build menu. Maybe its because i cheated my way in to the blueprints and unlocked all blueprints without anything was built now cant build rover. I will try to start a new game and test it out...
