So I have found a bug that is repeatable. Take a survival pod(or the starting pod) stand close to it and close it. If you are close enough the pressure inside the building will read as full along with your external pressure. This is regardless if you are inside our outside the pod. This means that i can run around Mars with no helmet and not use suit O2 while exploring provided i have battery power.
