I recently acquired the Rover only to be disappointed to not get the Tipper for the trailer. After reading the discussion boards, I see it is a common problem. I found a tipper at an abondoned base, but was not able to load it. Hopefully this gets resolved in the future. Great game and I know it is a work in progress. Thank You!!
