This may be a bug. I have my Heavy Rover plugged in in my Hanger connected directly to my main base. Often when I load, it turns the power level up to all the available power my base has available, making there just enough power in the day time but not enough power in the night. Once I discovered this, I was able to turn down the power output to the rover to a decent level (i.e. 15 KW hours), but it seems to happen again the next time I save and reload too. Annoying glitch
