For 2 days, the game hangs on saving when waking up after resting his character. As it is obligatory to put your character to sleep at some point, the backup starts when you wake up and remains displayed continuously on the screen without being done. From there, the various options of the "Esc" menu no longer respond and the only solution is to Alt/F4 or force stop via the task manager. I agree that the game is in Early Access, that bugs are possible but the 48h and the problem persists, so the game is unplayable...
