Had a situation loading an auotsave. I was in my rover exploring and went to sleep to enact the autosave. After waking up and seeing the save message I exited the game. When I game back and loaded continue, my head was stuck in the wall of the rover and I ended up suffocating. Tried 3 different loads but all the same. Went back to my previous manual save with no problem.
