Cannot repair or scrap abandoned Heavy Rover found at outpost. This does not makes sense when considering that I can at a minimum scrap an entire outpost even if I can't repair abandoned buildings. If I can't repair the Abandoned heavy rover I should at least be able to scrap it for parts, or visa versa. Keep up the good work, I'm enjoying the game so far.
