When I removed the Workshop, which needed negative electricity, and built a new one in the same place, this problem did not occur. After starting the game, I changed my character profile and clothing color. Then, because I built the second Workshop, only the color of this second building was the same as the color I chose, but the color of the Workshop I built before remained in the old color.
