you cant exit out of things serisouly not even ESC button but if you look at the time like the in game clock continues and so does the sound and you can click on thing in the machine that you are using but you cant exit from it, you cant even bring up the side menu so that you can return back to main menu or save a game if you wanted to. So the solution is getting back to Microsoft Windows 11 home screen and then closing the game from there I am serious just ask YouTuber Grillmastah he can probably give you 10 reasons when this happened to him.
