I have been searching and finding over a dozen tablets but have not found the medium solar panel. You cannot progress in the electrical tech tree without it. I now have 6 points to spend and tablets for items further down that tree, but unable to use them. This is frustrating to spend 8-10 sols exploring bases lookiing for this one tablet.
