When you returned to the game and loaded the saved file, the vehicle's battery level in the hangar was not at 20, but instead at 174. You conducted another test, and it caused a complete power outage in the base, diverting all electricity to the hangar. The hangar is consuming all the electricity from the base. The charging settings automatically change on their own, and the configuration I set doesn't stay. The electrical charging in the hangar seems to have a mind of its own.
