I found a bug when you go to fast down a hill you step over nothing and drop hard on the ground with your Helmet badly damaged. And i found a bug when you drop a Plug (Works with all Plugs O2/ Energy/ Water) infront of you it can be that the Plug knocks you back hard and damaging your Helmet and your Health.
