Interesting bug happening to me that can be exploited as a duplication glitch. After placing down a blueprint, (I found it with an ECU and again with a Medium Antenna so far,) I have run the power line near it then dropped the end near the unbuilt facility. (The first time I was using the ECU as a step and just tried to pick up the line end.) When I go to pick up the end of the power line end it won't let me and then it will say 'pick up' when highlighted. When I try to pick it up again it won't go away. Then when I try to recover the line it will recover the material while leaving the line. And that attempted recovery seems to be repeatable indefinately.
