Whenever you go to sleep (bed, rover, survival pod, etc...) the camera spins around like normal to progress time but it never loads the next day and save. You have to close the game out and load a save to get back in. This is not a big deal however it never saves your game so you loose all your progress. Maybe change it to save the game before you sleep through the night so you dont loose your progress at least.
