Some thoughts about the latern (street lamp): They should have a power input and a power output to connect them in series. They should switch on/off automatically during night and day and/or manually (maybe base remote control?). It might be useful if there is a stand alone variant for it with integrated solar cell and battery. Like garden lamps IRL already do ;-) A small "dumb" battery pack might also be a good solution. No need for a small board, no display to see charge state or control output power. And a quite small capacity just enough to source a lamp and/or an antenna during night time.
