After I opened the lock too early, there was an extreme drop in pressure. This has damaged me and large parts of my base are now transparent from the inside. All the floor slabs from the corridors and all the equipment from the greenhouse including the plants are now gone. There are still collisions with something, but I can't access anything anymore. Saving and loading didn't bring anything back either.
