Create sabatier reactor and 1 tank. It produces oxygen. had 13L stored. Create pump and connect to tank #1. Still producing 2L/h. Create a new vertical tank and connect to pump. Set pump at 2L/h output. Go back to sabatier reactor and watch stored oxygen level go down. Go to pump and it shows my input is at 13L/h and my output is at 5L/h. Oxygen never goes up anymore if i have more than 1 tank.
