hello, i have been having difficulty when it comes to plugging in the battery pack into the transformer, either the plug doesnt plug in and instead disappears or it doesnt go into the plug itself, but sits on top of it. when this happens ive also noticed that i can walk thru my rover and also solar panels. thank you
