There is a section in the Tablet for Past Messages but so far it is always empty. With that being said, the messages about weather alerts are lost once off screen. If a weather alert sounds and you were busy doing work, you can easily miss the weather alert information. With no way to view that information the player is at a disadvantage for what and when that weather alert will happen. One would expect it to show up in the Past Messages, since it was a message one just got. But it is not. Either show the past messages, or invent some way to view the weather alert information once it is off screen.
