Not sure if this is just on MadMan difficultly yet, but jumping is the most dangerous thing. The slightest jump down a rock is instant death. How it went from being able to traverse on foot to being the most deadly activity is so far the worst experience with the latest update. Fixing the jump death scenarios is going to be paramount to many people playing the game.
