once I left the safty of the POD. Fix up my WELL, went to the Rover and charge up my Battery. It tell's me at 33% " NO BATERY TO CHARGE '. AllJ the time before this 2nd too the last ( upgrade ) it never did this. Just a BUG in there some where.
