Water coming into a building from a pump is not counted towards the total input on connected screens. Tested a few times with different water inputs and different % inputs from the pump. Overall input of water did not change (not counted at all) when using pump, but is counted when fed directly from a tank. Still loving this game so much though, keep up the amazing work!
