After exauhsting the Rover Batteries, I was still able to drive it with all lights on. When I have removed the batteries from the bay, one of them was full. Even then the rover was able to move and operate (with power reduced, of course). The same behaivour is noticed on the solar panel - when I try to charge my suit just before sunset and hold the mouse button pressed on the outlet, even the sun goes down and there is no solar power to charge the pannel I will fully load the suit. When I realse the mouse button then the setting updates to show there is no electricity
