I keep repeating the same bug, when I have a not fully grown plant in my hand and I clic on a full grown plant in the ground it collects both of them and after I can't interact with any device with a screen, even my tablet: if I try to open it by clicing "Tab" it do the animation and unfocus the environment, but no tablet shown. Solve pls
