If the ATV is at the truck and I try to teleport it to the hangar, some kind of "ghost" of it appears in the hanger and the "real" Atv stays at the truck. I could take the small circuit board from the "ghost" but not tried it to create boards out of nirvana. Jumping on the "real" ATV on the truck let the "ghost" disappear.
