Not only are rocks reappearing from areas I cleared and built, but now buildings that I have compeltely ground down are coming back as well. I don't think this is intentional because it isn't all buildings all the time, it is some buildings or parts of bases and not the entire thing, and it is anot always consistent which ones are appearing again. I guess if I am short on resources, it is a way to continually be able to get more, but certainly not a great experience for the intent of the game.
