When I launch the game from my save there is a phantom Survival Capsule in the middle of my base every time.. I have to hit it with the grinder. I had started to put a life capsule on the end of the workshop and had selected the Survival Capsule by mistake. I removed that (never built it) and then actually put a 2nd workshop, then a 4 way, with capsules on each side. I've sinced removed that and just have a corridor, but the phantom capsule is always there when I reload. I have made a lot of progress in my game so I don't want to start over, I just grind it once and it is gone. But definitely some kind of bug since I have repeatedly removed it and saved the same and it is always there.
