PLEASE PLEASE allow placing the construction shadows of buildings before the technology is unlocked to build it. I hate it when I need to re-setup my whole base just becauche i get a new building, but i cannot place it where I planned my base. If you want to be really nice for peple like me, allow this plus allow building the concrete floor and an airlock, so we can operate the base even if not all builings are done.
