Campaign, this Rover just will not stay plugged into a power source to recharge. I plug it in and its fine, but then I leave to do anything and when I come back it is unplugged and no charging has taken place. So, I either stand here while it charges to watch it and plug it in, or it a useless thing that I cannot build another of.
