It's a wonderful start of a game, hoping to see more fun things to be added. I'm reasonably progressed now. Although figuring out the various gameplay loops and how to unlock stuff took some learning.
There's a few things that I think would improve the QoL of the game:- when setting up water/power flows to devices like incubators etc. it would be nice if we could for instance double click the supply icon which would then set the supply equal to the demand. Having to manually toggle them all the time is very time consuming and finnicky.
- When mining with the jackhammer, it would be nice if we could pick up the small mined rocks without having to switch away from the jackhammer. That way we can mine a rock and pick it up on the go without first having to mine the thing, then switch to collecting.
- Materials xp is gained very slowly compared to the other ones. Maybe tweak that a little so it's more in line with them. Right now, electric, botany and mechanical are all in the advanced stages ( and 10 points open for electric even ), but my materials xp is still not in the intermediate stage even.
