I have discovered that when you are building anything in the game and crush anything, a random bug occurs. There's a bug with oxygen, a bug when you enter the base and the game thinks it's outside, rocks intersecting with batteries, or any random bug appears. Saving and loading the game resolves it, and other times, it is fixed as an oxygen issue by simply exiting the base and re-entering. The bug is random, but there are two solutions.
