I came across a ruined site that had a kilopower unit (X 110.25; Y683.28) beeping away. I do not know how to demolish this kilopower unit. The grinder, drill and blowtorch don't have any affect. Also found a greenhouse with what appears to be living plants. They're not shrivelled up and I can't pick them up or use the grinder on them, yet they disappear when the building is removed. Is this ruined site something that is being developed for another purpose?
