When hand loading ore into the Truck, it will sometimes glitch showing you are still holding the ore but able to pick up another. The ore will also not go into the truck. Has happened twice so far on Madman difficulty. Save/reload fixes the glitch. So far, I cannot recreate it with 100% accuracy.
