Would be a cool option/difficulty were solar storms fry motherboard circuits if not deactivated. And sandstorms increase wind turbine power but run the risk factor of speeding up to the point they break (animation) and or the motherboard fries. This too would balance out the game resulting in more recsources needed for repairs since resources now are easier to come by. And furthermore give players the chance of repairing motherboards a little more often which hardly ever need doing at the moment.
