The blueprints need to be a lot less random and more inline with progress. I have 9 points in electric that I can't spend because they ALL require a blueprint first but I have blueprints for other things I'm not even remotely close to getting to. It's a bit frustrating to say the least. I think from now on I'll save right before using a tablet and if it's not the one I desperately need, I'll keep reloading till I get something I can use. I didn't realize how random it was until after I unlocked two, then crashed my ATV and had to reload. When I went back to them, they were completely different ones. Wish I had known I could reload and they would change. Still better to have them less random though, really.
